Sign the Listing Agreement
The second step is signing a listing agreement. This agreement allows me to act on your behalf and in your best interest as your agent.
The third step, after you’ve signed a listing agreement, is for me to market your home! Each property is different, so you need a customized marketing plan to get your home sold. The Mark Steward Team provides a marketing plan specifically for each of property we list.
Once you start receiving offers, We will review your offers with you and you can then either deny, counter-offer, or accept an offer. If you choose to accept an offer, you will then be under contract. Once you are under contract, your “legwork” is minimal. When all the terms agreed to in the contract are met, you will then close! Viola! Your home is sold!
